Today I needed to update the SPF record for two domains that the email is hosted on Google Apps for Domains.
The websites are hosted on the Rackspace Cloud and use Sendgrid.
Here is the SPF record to use:
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:sendgrid.net ~all
